Collective Haul: Fruits&Passion, Sirius and Shoppers Drug Mart =]

Lately I've been doing some intensive online shopping because one; it is exam period so I don't have a lot of time to physically go to a mall and two; because somethings I want are only sold online. Anyways, I still got a chance to spend a small shopping spree at shoppers and fruits and passion but I'll also show you guys my Skinsonic that just arrived in the mail a few days ago. Skinsonic is a facial cleansing brush that is very similar to the Clarisonic. Let me know if any of you would like a detailed review/demonstration on any of the other products even if I already given you guys a quick review down below! =]. Make sure to read the entire blog post to find out how you can get one of the best eyeliners in the market and a mascara for FREE! =]

Ok, lets move on with the haul!! =]

This is what I hauled lately, I'm still waiting for a few packages in the mail so I will keep you guys posted on those when they arrive =].

Skinsonic by Sirius, people call it a Clarisonic dupe. You can purchase this HERE for only $50 CAD instead of $200 for the Clarisonic!!

Comes with 5 attachable brush/sponge/massage heads and a stand, the only thing I don't like about this is that it is not chargeable but I'm totally fine with that because I use rechargeable Duracell batteries at home which in some sense it the same thing as having the Skinsonic chargeable.
Shiseido - Best facial cotton pads, 100% cotton! since it's so expensive ($8 CAD) I usually tear them in half to make two slim rectangles instead of one big square so I use 50% less each time =].

Travalo - Easiest refillable atomizer ever, only $12.99 CAD. Can also be found online and at Sephora but prices are higher.
Clinique Blended Face Powder and Brush in Transparency 2, $24 CAD for 1.2 oz/35 g, not bad for a setting powder with a ton of product, this jar is gigantic! Recommended by Paula Begoun on Beautypedia. It's totally my fault to forget that Paula warned us not to get Transparency 2 since the colour is kind of pinkish/white so I'll have to use a light hand when using this. Or I can use this as a non-glitterry highlight with a heavier hand. Dislike the prickly retractable brush.

A bad swatch LOL, the flash washes the colour out but you cab kinda see the whitish swatch near the knuckle.
Both product also recommended by Paula Begoun.
Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum, $34.99 CAD, got it on sale for $25.99 CAD 15ml: read her review HERE. Once again I totally forgot that Paula said this eye serum contains a light pigments and shimmers from Mica which can cosmetically diminish the look of your dark circles. So I don't love this fact when I'm wearing it to sleep because it makes me feel as if I still have makeup on! Next I want to buy the Lab Series Eye Rescue for night usage and keep this Olay one for day time only.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face Sunscreen SPF 45, $16.49 CAD 88ml: read her review HERE. I think my acne scars are still lingering after using Paula's Choice Clear Anti-Acne System is because I wasn't using a proper sunscreen that actually works = ( so I'm going to give this a try and see what happens.
*Can get these at Wal-Mart for a cheaper price*

Left swatch : Olay Eye Serum, starts off as a white cream then turns into a silky, nude in colour, shimmery serum.
Right swatch: Neutrogena sunscreen, almost dries to a powdery finish =].
My all time favourite scent from Fruits&Passion: Mango Evasion, $6 CAD for 2 oz. I always get compliments when I wear this and surely gets all the attention when I whip this out in class because the scent is so strong that everyone can smell it but it's a good smell, I've confirmed it with every single one who smelled this LOL. But for those who doesn't like the strong scent you can always mix a pea sized of this cream with a fragrance free or something like Aveeno in a small sample jar to dilute the scent. Very hydrating even with a small amount. Gives a nice sheen and not sticky at all.
Soap & Glory Scrub 'EM and Leave 'EM body scrub, 300 ml. They ran out of the one I usually buy (Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Scrub, $9.99 CAD) so I thought I'd give this a try, $14.99 CAD.

Super CUTE!! it's PINK!! with small pink beads. Smells so good as well I can't wait to try this!
These two are gonna be FREE!! after I get my rebates back. You can get these for free too!! It is Physicians Formula's Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner +Serum in Ultra Black, $16.99 CAD and Organic Wear Jumbo Lash Mascara in Black, $17.99 CAD. You can pick these up for for less at Wal-Mart but remember to make sure they both have the red sticker that says "Full price Rebate". Go to Physicians Formula for the rebate forms, print and fill them out then send to the corresponding address found on the rebate form with the original receipt highlighting the products and also including the "full price rebate" red sticker to get a full rebate. Make sure to double check the barcodes with the list of qualifying product found on the rebate site because they don't include all colours from the same line, for example, mascara in the colour brown is not included. And make sure to get your rebate forms in the mail by DECEMBER 15th, 2011.  They also have four(4) other products that has a $6 rebate. Pretty awesome right? =]

The best eyeliner and mascara (haven't tried it yet). Instead of getting this eyeliner and serum combo, you can also pick up the one that is only a clear serum without the black ink. The serum claims to improve your lashes making the grow more, thicker, longer and fuller lashes but according to Paula's review, none of the ingredients are proven to cause any increase of lash growth.

Comparing the wide packaging of Physicians Formula with my favourite Covergirl LashBlast Mascara.

Although Physicians Formula is wider than Covergirl's mascara, it is also thinner so it feels quite nice when holding it.

Pen-like applicator, not a brush... can make the thinnest line ever but can also make a thick line with only one stroke. Dries quickly to a matte finish. Strong staying power, did not come off even if I rubbed super hard with my fingers, but some did come off when I rubbed super hard with a wet tissue, it left my hand red =[ so this shows that it will not budge =].

Both mascara look similar but the Physicians Formula has a bigger, rounder brush with lesser bristle than the Covergirl LashBlast. Not waterproof.

Hope you all enjoyed this longggg haul/mini review of each product as well as a great deal of getting a liner and mascara for free!! Let me know if any of you have any questions and request. I'm also super excited for some of the products coming in the mail as well as my May Luxe Box!! did you guys order May's Luxe Box? So excited for it =] alright back to cooking (soon to be posting some new simple recipes, enjoy!). Hope you all have an awesome Easter Sunday!! =] Time for some solid chocolate bunny ^^.

Yea I went crazy cuz school is way too depressing so I had to do some shopping :)... Don't worry we're hitting the mall soon soo we can shop more then...good thing I got discounts on the stuff I got at shoppers thanks to my friend :)....

Ohh don't get the olay pro-x cuz it rotates not oscillates(vibrates) like the clarisonic and skinsonic.. Skinsoni. Is $50 on the dot give or take a few dollars.. Depending on the US dollar currency.. But it's free shipping and not tax n no duty fees so it's pretty good probably only $10-20 more than the olay? The brush is soo soft too cuz I use the sensitive brush instead of the normal brush :)... Kkk I'll let u know how it goes in a few weeks :).. A couple of other people wants a review too :)

this is an amazing haul! :) my friend is using the flake away and shes been telling me that its very good! i should probably get one too XD

yea definitely choose the Flake Away one instead of this one on my blog, I tried this one and I hate it soo far LOL... the scent is too strong, the beads don't exfoliate at all and it doesn't leave my skin smooth like the Flake Away scrub does.. I need to pick that up after I finish using this one =[..make sure you don't get any water in the jar or else the scrub will turn yellow with a weird scent and then you can't use it anymore =[

Yeah I just ordered the Skinsonic a couple days ago and got the same blank email with the confirmation number in the subject line. I ordered it for my sisterinlaw for her birthday on the 25th and now I am wondering if it will arrive ontime! I have read little snippets of how great their customer service is but I have yet to experience that. No invoice has been emailed to me with shipping date and also with the expected arrival. I have emailed several times wondering about this and have heard nothing back. I have also called the customer service number on their site during regular business hours and each time I get a message to call back because they are busy or they aren't open and to call back during regular business hours! Which I did 11am on a Thurday!! Very unprofessinonal and I am thinking about cancelling my order but I am positive I wouldn't even be able to get ahold of them to do that!
Is this a case of buyer beware?
Very disappiointed because I have seen nothing but good things about it and it is so much cheaper than Clarisonic. Guess you get what you pay for.
